The Law 38/1999 of Ordination of the Construction it regulates and power the systems of detection of project defects, construction and maintenance of the new buildings, with the purpose of guaranteeing its quality, contributing to reduce deficiencies and the economic surcharge that supposes to correct them later.
 
As guarantee, establish the obligatoriness that the housings have a policy of Decennial Damages Insurance that it can take place for structural deficiencies in the building.
